• Photo Library / External Storage: To allow you to select existing photos to create timelapses and to save the generated videos to your device’s gallery.

The App utilizes on-device machine learning (e.g., Google ML Kit) to detect faces in your photos. This is purely for feature functionality (such as keeping faces aligned during the timelapse).

• Local Processing: All face detection processing is done locally on your device.
• No Data Transmission: We do not send, share, or store facial data, images, or metadata to our servers or any third-party clouds.

2. How We Use Your Information

Any data accessed by the App (photos, videos, facial landmarks) is used exclusively on your device to:

• Generate the timelapse video sequences.
• Align and stabilize images based on local face tracking.
• Save the final video locally to your device’s gallery.

3. Third-Party Services

Since the App processes everything locally, we do not share your photos or personal data with third-party tracking or advertising services. However, the App is distributed via the Google Play Store, which may collect basic app usage metrics and crash reports according to Google’s own Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Because the App does not transmit data to our servers, we do not have a data retention period. Your photos and created videos remain on your device and are subject to your own device’s security and storage management.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no data is transmitted to our servers, there is no risk of our App collecting personal data from minors.
